The area around our Trappist abbey looks different every season. If you like to get out and about in nature, you should definitely come here for a walk.

Visit our brewery shop

In the brewery shop you will find our beers, gift packs, glasses and a number of promotional items. The shop is only open on Fridays between 7.30 am and 11.30 am.

Payment by cash or card. Drive in by the gate in line with our brewery driveway. Inside there is a sign with further directions.

Visiting the brewery

Throughout the year, the Westmalle Abbey and Brewery are not open to visitors. The only exception is our annual open day, when you can come and take a look around. More information about the 2026 edition will follow later. Don’t want to miss out? Sign up for our newsletter and stay informed.

Book the Westmalle Bar to make your party even more fun

Anyone looking for something slightly different for their event or party is sure to love the cosy atmosphere of the Westmalle Trappist Bar. After all, it’s always great to enjoy a glass of Trappist beer and some cheese from the abbey and, of course, our barman will tell you all about the brewery and its beers.
