The area around our Trappist abbey looks different every season. If you like to get out and about in nature, you should definitely come here for a walk.

Visit our brewery shop
In the brewery shop, you can find our beers, gift packs, glassware, and a selection of promotional items. It is only open on Fridays from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The shop is closed on the following Fridays:

You can pay in cash or by card. Enter through the gate aligned with the driveway of our brewery. Inside, you will find a sign with further directions.
Visiting the brewery
After last year’s successful edition, we are once again opening the doors of our brewery.
On Friday 25 and Saturday 26 September 2026, we will welcome visitors during our Open Brewery Days. This year, the visit will have an extra festive touch as we put 100 years of Westmalle Dubbel in the spotlight.
During the visit, you will discover our brewery from the inside and follow the brewing process from malt to bottle. We will round off the visit with a tasting, and every visitor will take home an exclusive gift.

Anyone looking for something slightly different for their event or party is sure to love the cosy atmosphere of the Westmalle Trappist Bar. After all, it’s always great to enjoy a glass of Trappist beer and some cheese from the abbey and, of course, our barman will tell you all about the brewery and its beers.
