ORDERING

How do I order?

Indicate the quantity of an article that you want to order. Click the button below to continue. On the next page fill in your contact details together with the shipping and billing address. After that, a summary of your order is displayed. If you want to change something, click the button to go back one step. To complete your order, click pay.

How can I change my order?

Would you like to change the quantities or add something else? Or have you made a mistake in the address? Then please contact us as quickly as possible. If the package has not yet been sent, we can still make adjustments. If it has already been sent then we will work with you to see how we can best help you.

How do I cancel my order?

Have you changed your mind and want to cancel the order? Then please contact us directly. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will stop it. If it has already been shipped then refuse it when it arrives at the door or simply return it.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

Payment is arranged via our external partner Multisafepay. We offer a number of options:

  • Bancontact
  • Maestro
  • Visa

SHIPPING

How does the shipping proceed?

You will receive a summary of your order via email. Once we have received your payment, we will process your order as quickly as possible during working hours (Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.).

If an article is in stock, it will be shipped no later than 2 working days after the acceptance of the order. If an article is not in stock, we will inform you about the possible delivery time.

In Belgium, delivery is generally within 2 working days of the articles being shipped to our logistics partner. You will also receive a track and trace code. You can use this to keep track of your order. For shipments abroad, we are unable to specify a fixed delivery time.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are charged separately. The exact amount will be shown in the second step of the ordering process when you enter your address.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may return all or part of your order. For whatever reason. You have 14 days to do so from the day of delivery.

Returning

You return a purchase as follows:

  • First notify the return by completing the return form. Send this form to info@trappistwestmalle.be or by post to Brouwerij der Trappisten van Westmalle cvba, Antwerpsesteenweg 496, 2390 Malle, Belgium. Then we know that the package is coming.
  • Pack everything sturdily and choose a carrier. The costs of returning are for the customer. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method so that the shipment can be proven.
  • Send the package within 5 days of the notification to: Brouwerij der Trappisten van Westmalle, Antwerpsesteenweg 496, 2390 Malle, Belgium
  • After confirmation of the receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the shipping costs of the original delivery.

We can be reached from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. We are not available during weekends, bank holidays and bridge days (a day falling between a bank holiday and the weekend).
